For the second Up and Comer Sunday Supper, we have the talented Chef JJ Proville, currently (but we think he will have his own place some day!) at Il Corvo Pasta, joining us March 16, 2014, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. He is preparing a six course meal, using the freshest local ingredients, with wine pairings, featuring Hand of God Wines.
Born in Los Angeles to French parents, JJ Proville spent the first ten years of life eating sushi and Central American food in sunny California before moving back to France with his family. Attending the International School of Geneva, he lived in nearby Haute-Savoie, France: a land known for pungent cheeses, cured meats and decent skiing. After eight years spent immersed in French culture, Proville moved to Montreal, Canadaanother food paradisealbeit in a slightly different climate zone.
